On way to a business meeting in Freiburg we stopped here for the night. A very special welcome followed by an exceptionally good meal in the adjoining restaurant made for a more than comfortable stay in this hotel. Heartily recommended for wanderers of all kinds.

No Wifi facilities. TMobile HotSpot but this is not a friendly option.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Secondly, the rooms were well-maintained and had all the basic amenities I needed. Lastly, the hotel's location was perfect, nestled in a serene natural setting but still within easy reach of the city center for dinner. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the train station.
No improvements needed at this hotel, everything was perfect!

Perhaps the Breakfast and the nature around the hotel.
Room was not so cleaned. The staff was young and under training not very professional or ready to support the quality requested by the customer.

The hotel was well taken care of and the landscape was beautiful. The staff was very helpful considering we do no speak German and there was only one or two of the staff that was english speaking. The most helpful was the concierge he was our savior the entire time we were there. Of course the food was amazing and we enjoyed our long dinners out on the patio. It was the perfect place to relax on our honeymoon after spending several days in Munich. I truely enjoyed our time there.

Spent my Christmas holiday at this hotel and it was lovely. The food was absolutely amazing and the staff were helpful. The hotel was located in a peaceful area, which made it perfect for a relaxing stay. the hotel has a bike rental service which allowed us to explore the surrounding areas.
The rooms were quite dated and in need of a renovation. The furniture was tired and the bed linen had a rough texture.
